Information about the Boat

A super-fast, stable, and reliable craft, the “Stingray” is often used by special forces military, coast guards search and rescue teams as well as a pleasure craft for diving or snorkeling as the boat offers exceptional stability and maneuverability.

The boat is a twin-engine catamaran at low speeds tunnels water and creates an air-cushion effect enabling the craft to rise quickly out of the water and to plane with ease. The twin hull construction increases stability and creates a more comfortable ride in choppy conditions.

Manufactured by Stingray Marine in South Africa This boat has two Suzuki 90-hp engines that offer a normal cruise speed is 22 – 26 knots and 35 to 40 knots is the maximum speed. The boat has a two-gas tank containing 100 liters each fitted, Life jackets, and emergency Oxygen.

General Speed boat safety rules

Private Fishing charter trips are suitable for ages 10 years up to 60 years. However, this trip is not available for a child under 4 years, pregnant women, or women who may be trying to become pregnant. This trip is not suitable for any person with spinal, back, or neck problems. The highlights of the trip are snorkeling and fishing

while the boat is moving we must recommend that you wear a life jacket at all times. The daily diving tour itineraries can be changed depending on the local weather conditions, this will be decided by the boat captain.
